CONSTITUTIONAL AMMENDMENTS

SAMHA has had one member put forth their wishes for Constitutional ammendments.

As a courtesy SAMHA will not move forward with the proposed Constitutional ammendments detailed below and will move forward (or not) with possible Constitutional ammendments following a membership discussion at the May 24 AGM.

The following ammendments to the Oct. 2020 issuance of the SAMHA Constitution are being proposed;

DIRECTOR FEMALE

change to Female Coordinator

DIRECTOR DEVELOPMENT TEAMS

replace with Skills Coordinator and U9 Coordinator (duties to remain similar per the specfic division)

DIRECTOR CLUB TEAMS

replace with U11 Coordinator and U13 Coordinator and U15 Coordinator and U18 Coordinator (duties to remain similar per the specfic division)

DIRECTOR REP TEAMS

remove

DIRECTOR TECHNICAL SERVICES

replace with Development Coordinator (duties to remain similar to DIRECTOR TECHINCAL SERVICES, minor relative revisions)

REGISTRAR

new addition duties associated with member registration, liaise with Treasurer, liaise with HPEI/HCanada, liaise with Coordinators

REFEREE IN CHIEF

new addition duties associated with game officials, minor officials, liaise with Teams, liaise with HPEI/HCanada, liaise with Coordinators
